Use of our services is governed by following terms & conditions.
- Make a request (via webform, email, Whatsapp, phone) indicating the information known at a time of the request, which should ideally include date, time, number of passengers, route or duration, other requirements.
- We present the options and discuss all the details with you via email, phone, Whatsapp or in person.
- Based on the above, we provide you with itinerary and quote for your approval. The itinerary and quote includes all details of the services agreed upon (date and time, number of passengers, vehicle type, route and duration, other services, total price, advance payment amount).
- By paying the advance payment you agree to the itinerary and quote and place a guaranteed booking with us.
- We require an advance payment to place a guaranteed booking with us.
- The advance payment typically equals 20% or other amount specified in itinerary and quote.
- The due date for the advance payment is specified in the itinerary and quote. The due date is 3 days for any service with starting date & time more made than one month in advance and the due date is shorter for any service with starting date & time made less than one month in advance.
- The advance payment can be paid by your card, by bank transfer or other payment method accepted by our payment processing supplier(s). We use reputable payment processing supplier(s) to process the payments securely online.
- The remaining amount is due before the first service in cash. Alternatively, you can pay us in advance with by your card, by bank transfer or other payment method, such payment may be subject to processing fee.
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES
- Cancellations of the booking made up to 15 days before the starting date & time are free of charge. Any advance payment will be refunded to you.
- Cancellations of the entire booking or reductions made within 14 days and 48 hours days before the starting date & time are subject to cancellation fee of 20% of total price.
- Cancellations of the entire booking or reductions made within 48 hours and 6 hours before the starting date & time are subject to cancellation fee of 90% of total price.
- Cancellations of the entire booking or reductions made less than 6 hours before the starting date & time and no-shows are subject to cancellation fee of 100% of total price.
- Whilst we always endeavour to avoid changes, we rarely have to make changes to confirmed bookings. This may happen when a service cannot be provided due to circumstances beyond our control, such as major technical problem, traffic accident, extreme weather, government act, any force majeure condition and a suitable alternative cannot be offered. The choice between a full refund or a different available service of choice in similar value will be offered.
- We will endeavour to start and finish the booked service at address where requested, however if the driver feel that it is unsafe to do so due to the size of the vehicle or other due to other reason, the service will start and finish as close to the address where requested as possible.
- You understand that when you book through us, you accept responsibility for the proper conduct of yourself and other members of the party during the booked service.
- Safety belts must be used when available.
- Hands, arms, legs and any other body part must be kept out of all windows.
- No smoking is permitted within vehicles.
- No drugs nor any illegal activity can be conducted within vehicle. We reserve the right to immediately cancel the booked service without any refund and report such activity to authorities.
- Numbers of passengers indicated as maximum capacity of the vehicle in the itinerary & quote will be strictly adhered.
- Any & all damages and loss ocurring during the booked service will be your responsibility.
- In case the driver judges you to seriously or repeatedly not comply with the legal requirements or behaviour conditions as per above, you will be prevented from using the booked services without refund.
